Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms apply to Reddit and Quora campaigns provided by RedditServices.com, operated by Roman Sydorenko (Autónomo), Spain. They form part of every quote and invoice we issue. Where a signed agreement with you says something different, that agreement takes precedence.
What we commit to
We commit to the scope of work: the number of posts, comments, answers or accounts set out in your quote, written and placed by hand. We do not guarantee outcomes. Rankings, traffic, upvotes, conversions, sentiment and inclusion in AI answers depend on people and platforms we do not control, and anyone who guarantees them is guessing.
Payment
Campaigns are invoiced and paid upfront. A campaign enters the production queue once payment has cleared and your brief has been received. New clients start with a single paid campaign before larger or recurring volume.
Refunds
Before a campaign enters production, the fee is refundable in full. Once work has started, the fee is non-refundable. Reddit is currently banning accounts and removing content in waves, and the accounts, research, writing and placement time for your campaign are committed from the first day of production. If bans or moderation prevent us from completing the campaign as scoped, we will do one of two things: complete the remaining scope, even if that takes longer than estimated, or give you a credit for the undelivered part that you can use on any of our other services, such as Quora answers. This does not affect any rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.
Replacements
If a post, comment or answer is removed by moderation within the replacement window stated in your quote, or within 7 days of delivery if none is stated, we replace it at no cost. A replacement is written fresh for that thread rather than the same text posted again.
Platform risk and timelines
Reddit and Quora change their moderation and anti-fraud rules, remove content and restrict accounts at their own discretion and without notice. That can delay a campaign, require placements to be redone, or make a particular community unusable. We absorb this through replacements and by pacing placement rather than publishing everything at once, and it can extend the timeline beyond the estimate in your quote. Where a delay is ours, we tell you before the date passes rather than after.
Liability
Our total liability in connection with a campaign is limited to the fees you paid for that campaign. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost traffic or reputational harm. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the claims, figures and product information you give us, and for holding the rights to any material you supply. You approve drafts before publication. You are responsible for ensuring your campaign complies with Reddit's Content Policy, Quora's policies, the rules of each community, and any advertising or disclosure rules that apply to your industry.
How the work is delivered
Work is carried out by our own team and by vetted specialists working to our brief. We remain responsible to you for the work regardless of who performs it.
